Nautical Seasons has been offering quality merchandise at reasonable prices since 1995.
If shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us in 5 days and save ALL packaging.
We offer 100% satisfaction on our merchandise. Most products may be returned within 30 days. Exceptions are: Large quantities of the same item, special order items and personalized items. These items cannot be returned without prior authorization. Items MUST be returned in 30 days of receipt of your product(s) and we will be happy to do one of the following:
replace the item, exchange the item for another item of equal value, or issue a refund for the returned item(s).
Please Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded. If over 30 days, please call for return authorization. If given authorization for a late return, up to a 40% restocking fee will be assessed.
Holiday Seasonal Items Return Info:
Please return the item(s) via insured U.S. Postal Mail, UPS, or FedEx. All returns must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Please include your order number, name and phone number so we can process your return promptly. The original method of payment used will be credited. Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your charge card.
