Most products may be returned within 30 days email or call us within 15 days of receipt of your package.
Return Exceptions are: Large quantities of the same item, special order items, All custom painted Paddles, Buoys, Signs etc, and all personalized items.
No returns on fabric items including: pillows, blankets etc. These items cannot be returned without prior authorization.
Items MUST be returned in 30 days of receipt of your product(s) and we will be happy to do one of the following:
replace the item, exchange the item for another item of equal value, or issue a refund for the returned item(s).
Please Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded. If over 30 days, please call for return authorization. If given authorization for a late return, up to a 40% restocking fee will be assessed.

Please return the item(s) via insured U.S. Postal Mail, UPS, or FedEx. All returns must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
