We offer a 15 day return on most of our products exceptions are: Large quantities of the same item, special order items and personalized items cannot be returned without prior authorization. Items MUST be returned in 15 days of receipt of your product(s) and we will be happy to do one of the following:
replace the item, exchange the item for another item of equal value, or issue a refund for the returned item(s).
Please Note: Shipping charges are not refunded. If over 15 days, please call for return authorization. If given authorization for a late return, up to a 40% restocking fee could be assessed.

Please return the item(s) via insured U.S. Postal Mail, UPS, or FedEx. All returns must be sent prepaid. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. Please include your order number, name and phone number so we can process your return promptly. The original method of payment used will be credited. Please allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your charge card.
